Southern Hospitality at Manuel - By: Katie Parfet, Style Editor

Texans took over Bryant Park for Manuel's Fall/Winter show. Native New Yorkers, clad head-to-toe in black, were shown some Southern style by friends and family of the designer, decked out in authentic floppy cowboy hats and "the real deal" fringe jackets. And that was only the front row! Casting for the show was dead on with sexy tough supermodel Omahyra owning the runway in a leather biker jacket and concho jeans. Tall dark and Texan Hunter (flown in from Dallas for the evening) rocked to the Rolling Stones Please To Meet You in a fitted military jacket layered over a "blinged out" rhinestone tank and tweed pants. A plethora of python showed up on everything from long trench coats to short dresses. Manuel took his signature studding up a notch for evening with crystal fringed dresses for the women and crystal side seamed pants for the men. By the look and sound of the shows final three bedazzled New York, Texas, and Tennessee jackets (electrifying American heavy metal filled the tent) the after party was sure to be a star "studded" event!
